On August 9, 2025, Tommie had the honor of performing the national anthem at T-Mobile Park during the number retirement ceremony for former Seattle Mariner Ichiro Suzuki, before a crowd of more than 45,000 fans.

Tommie is a fan favorite at major league sporting events. On December 18, 2023, Tommie graced the Seattle Seahawks with his rendition of “Lift Every Voice” for the NFL’s Inspire Change Initiative before their victorious win against the Philadelphia Eagles.

On August 1, 2025, Tommie fired up the crowd with a spirited rendition of the U.S. national anthem for Seattle Reign FC of the National Women’s Soccer League, setting the stage for their exciting 2–0 victory over Angel City FC.
